TAMeLi Project Holds First Board Meeting

On 18 September, partners in the TAMeLi project came together for the first Board meeting, taking stock of progress across all work packages since the project began.

Three deliverables have already been submitted on time: D1.1 Project Handbook, D1.2 Internal Quality Assurance Plan, and D8.1 Dissemination Plan — an encouraging start that reflects strong coordination across partners.

Work on the TAMeLi model (WP2, M8) is progressing well. A draft has been shared with the full consortium for feedback, and the input received has already helped shape further refinements to the model.

WP1, WP2, WP3, WP6 and WP8 are currently the most active within the project timeline, with partners reporting solid advancements in each. Meanwhile, WP4, WP5 and WP7 have reached important decisions, though their next steps depend on outcomes still being finalised in other work packages.

The Board meeting confirmed that the project is on track, with strong momentum heading into the coming months.
